Humans are designed to move their bodies. However pain can significantly diminish the desire to want to move. (It’s supposed to!)  That’s why I created Healthy Self Fitness & Massage. On my own health and fitness journey I experienced plateaus and felt pain wayyy beyond the “strong today, sore tomorrow” feels.
